The Conversational Traveler Advantage (CT Advantage) is our agency’s ability to offer reduced rates on select sailings up to 6-months before departure.  Our agency holds group space a minimum of a year in advance, which allows us to get lower rates, which allows our clients to get more value and savings.
Rates are based on double occupancy.

1. We work directly with the cruise lines, and have access to the latest promotions.
2. We hold staterooms at the group rate, which means our deposits are refundable until your final payment.
3. Conversational Traveler’s Advantage typically offers additional perks, such as on board credits.  These credits may be used for purchases during your cruise.   
4. If you booked a stateroom or suite at our group rate, you can receive a full refund if you need to cancel for any reason.
5. Because of our relationships, additional perks for select sailings are available to our clients that you cannot get online.

• All of our group rates are refundable until final payment. Rate is per room for two people, double occupancy, taxes and fees included.
• Deposit is $500 per room for 7 night cruises and $900 for longer cruises.
• Final payment is due 90 days prior to sailing.
• Most of our groups include $50 on board credit as a perk.
